04Questions, answered
A better build
starts with clarity.
What areas does Bhawan Sewa serve?+
We work all over Nepal. Our team is based in Maharajgunj, Kathmandu, and we coordinate residential, commercial, infrastructure, road, and public-place projects across the country.
How early should I contact a construction company?+
The earlier the better. Bringing us in during the idea or design stage helps us give practical advice on scope, materials, budget, and buildability before work begins.
What services do you provide for a new building?+
We support new buildings from planning to completion, including project design, land development planning, structural analysis, soil and material testing, site supervision, municipal drawing approval, imported finishing materials, and banking documentation.
